Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of themothersclub.mom and your purchases from The Mother's Club. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Subscription policy
Your first month is free
When you join, your first month, the Welcome, is free. You'll add a card at checkout, but you won't be charged until after your Welcome arrives. One free Welcome per household.
When you're charged
- All memberships are charged on the 25th of the month, for the next month's Mail Day.
- If you join on or before the 20th, your first charge is on the 25th of that month.
- If you join after the 20th, your first charge is on the 25th of the following month.

Prepaid 6- and 12-month plans renew automatically for the same length at the current price unless you cancel before the renewal charge. We'll email you a reminder at least 7 days before a prepaid plan renews. Shipping is included in every plan.
Skip or cancel
You can skip a month or cancel anytime in your account, or by emailing hello@themothersclub.mom. To avoid your next charge, cancel before the 25th. If the Welcome isn't for you, cancel before your first charge and you won't be charged at all. When you cancel, you'll still receive any months you've already paid for. Charges already made are not refunded.
Price changes
If our prices change, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price.
Failed payments
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll try again and email you to update your card. If we can't collect payment, your membership will be paused until your card is updated.
Gift memberships
Gift memberships are paid once and do not renew automatically.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include shipping to U.S. addresses. We may change prices or offerings at any time. Members will get at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to them. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a payment can't be verified or an item is out of stock, and will refund any amount charged for a canceled order.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically as described in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these terms. All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy.
Free Welcome and Pass It On codes
The free Welcome is limited to one per household. Pass It On codes are single use, one per household, have no cash value, and can't be resold. We may end or change these offers at any time and may cancel orders that misuse them.
The Village
When you share a response with the Village by text or online, you give us permission to print and share it, with your first name only, in future Village cards, on our website, and in our emails. Please don't share anyone else's private information. We may edit responses for length or clarity, and we won't publish everything we receive.
Our content
The letters, designs, mantras, and other materials we send and publish belong to The Mother's Club. They're yours to keep, share with friends, and enjoy, but please don't copy, sell, or republish them without our permission.
Information in our letters
Our letters share research, history, and personal stories for inspiration and general information. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Mother's Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
