Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is coming. Join our email list to hear when we can ship to you.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in every price.

When your mail ships

  • Your Welcome: ships within 3 business days of joining.
  • Mail Day: each month's mail ships in the first week of the month.
  • Gift memberships: the Welcome ships within 3 business days, or around the date you choose at checkout.
  • Shop orders: ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Mail is sent by USPS First-Class Mail and usually arrives 2 to 5 business days after it ships. Standard mail does not include tracking.

Address changes

Update your address in your account by the 20th, and that month's Mail Day goes to your new address. After the 20th, that month is already packed for your old address, so we recommend setting up USPS mail forwarding when you move.
